Will brings over 15 years of experience in the technology industry, spanning hospitality, podcasting, and telecommunications. His career has been dedicated to driving innovation and helping businesses thrive in the digital age.
Early in his career, Will specialized in restaurant technology, where he led the development and management of a consumer engagement platform. This platform enabled restaurants to offer seamless digital ordering and loyalty programs across mobile, tablet, and web devices. These solutions empowered his clients to modernize their digital presence, enhance customer engagement, and boost profitability.
In the podcasting space, Will collaborated with creators to design and launch innovative digital product offerings, helping them monetize their content in new and creative ways.
Most recently, Will has focused on the telecommunications industry, where he successfully managed the delivery of innovative products and services, including internet solutions, cybersecurity offerings, and internet backup systems. His work ensured these solutions aligned with market demands while addressing customer needs with reliability and efficiency.
An entrepreneur at heart, Will is passionate about owning and operating a small business, where he can leverage his diverse expertise to create value and build meaningful connections. Will holds a B.S. in Business from Georgia Tech.

Beth Stansfield - Partner and CFO
Beth brings over 13 years of expertise in financial services, with a robust background in commercial credit underwriting, portfolio management, commercial strategy, and risk management. She currently serves as Director of Enterprise Risk for a regional bank where she focuses on Board governance, regulatory compliance, and owning the company’s risk framework. Beth brings a comprehensive perspective on risk assessment and mitigation, making her uniquely equipped to identify and manage the complexities of business ownership.
Her extensive experience in credit underwriting and portfolio management has honed her ability to analyze business financial statements, assess the financial health of companies, and evaluate both opportunities and risks. This analytical acumen allows her to quickly identify the strengths and potential challenges of a business, ensuring well-informed decision-making.
In her work in commercial strategy, Beth has successfully driven growth in business segments by developing sound, profitable strategies. She excels at aligning financial objectives with sustainable expansion goals, ensuring long-term success for the organizations she works with.
